Shiloh Senior Residence
Demerara Engineering/Salmon and Walters, PC has been retained by
Urban Architectural Initatives, PC the Project Architect, to perform the
structural engineering design of a new 5 story Masonry  Wall/Prestressed
Precast Concrete Plank floors.  Design is presently 65% complete

Hawthorne Street Condos
Demerara Engineering, PLLC completed the design of a new 5 story
residential condominium steel framed building, located in Brooklyn, NY.

E55 Street Apartment Building
Salmon and Walters, PC was retained by the office of William Brothers, III
Architect, for the structural design of a new 6 story 30,000 sq ft residential
apartment building.  Approval was recieved for the design by the NYC
Department of Buildings and construction is expected to begin in Fall
2009.
